Create ITC MY WALLET
The first step is to create a "ITC Virtual Wallet" account, which only takes a couple of minute.
As long as you have a valid e-mail address and mobile phone number, you can create a "My Wallet" account.
You don't have to mail any documents or fill out any forms and there is no credit check.

Depositing to "ITC MY WALLET"
Reload your My Wallet directly from your credit cards.

Request your "ITC MY WALLET"
You can apply ITC Card through online.
You will need to provide documents that prove your identity and your current address.
Your ITC Card will be delivered to your current address.

Using ITC Card
Merchants with the UnionPay logo all accept UnionPay cards.
You will be able to use the card to withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the UnionPay and PLUS logos worldwide.
You will need to load your ITC Card from your ITC My Wallet account before it can be used for purchases.
You still can't use your card without any load even if your card has an outstanding balance.
